Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Program Operations Lead to architect and optimize our North American channel ecosystem. You will own programs end-to-end, identify friction, and design scalable solutions, working with senior leadership to ensure Go-To-Market initiatives are efficient and data-driven.

You will collaborate across Sales, Channel, and Operations, owning project timelines and delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in channel operations, sales operations, marketing operations or sales management.
• Proven track record of improving or scaling business processes.
• Experience in a role requiring high levels of cross-functional influence and leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational gaps in the channel program and design scalable solutions.
• Partner with Sales leadership and senior leaders to drive data-driven GTM efforts.
• Focus on user experience of programs and streamline how partners do business with us.
• Proactively communicate status, blockers and proposed workarounds to stakeholders.
