Job summary

Odoo is expanding its Channel North America team and seeks a Business Development Representative in Brisbane, CA. You will identify, reach out to, and qualify potential partners who can integrate or resell Odoo solutions.

You’ll work with the Partner Recruitment team to ensure partners receive support and are positioned for success. This role requires outstanding communication, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building long-term business relationships within a hybrid setting (4 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with a confident and engaging personality.
• Strong awareness of software and new technologies.
• Curiosity to learn how businesses operate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential partners in North America.
• Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to prospects.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess fit with partnership goals.
• Maintain pipeline and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Partner Recruitment to support onboarding.
• Gain ERP/CRM/HCM/POS domain knowledge.
• Understand Odoo’s value proposition and business model.
