Odoo is seeking a Partner Account Executive in Brisbane, CA, hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). You will manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing with warm leads seeking to become Odoo partners. The first months are on-site for training in Odoo tools, products, and sales processes.

Ideal candidates have a business-related Bachelor's degree, fluency in English and Dutch, and 1+ years of B2B sales experience. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP software using data analytics and CRM scoring.
• Develop revenue-increasing strategies using the Odoo scoring lead system and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze strategic changes and report metrics by pulling data and creating dashboards.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through forecasting and pipeline management.
• Design and negotiate tailored implementation packages with future partners.
