VentorTech LLC in Brisbane, CA, is seeking a Business Development Representative for Odoo Channel North America. This hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) focuses on identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential partners who can integrate, resell, or develop solutions on Odoo’s platform.

You will collaborate with the Partner Recruitment team, maintain a CRM pipeline, and build ERP/CRM knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential partners who can benefit from partnering with Odoo.
• Outreach via calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn).
• Conduct discovery calls to assess fit with Odoo's partnership goals.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and schedule appointments.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and records.
• Assist recruitment team in negotiations and closing partnerships.
• Gain ERP/CRM/HCM/POS knowledge relevant to partnerships.
• Understand Odoo’s business model, advantages and value proposition.
