Job summary

Broadvoice is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to ensure partner quotes are accurate, priced well, and closed efficiently. You’ll work with a partner network on high-volume, urgent deals, gaining frontline exposure to AI-powered CX technology with a clear path to promotion within Channel Sales.

The role is remote in the US Central or Eastern time zones, with up to 15% travel. Base salary plus commissions and benefits are included, and you’ll back up Channel Managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong quoting experience.
• B2B sales or sales-support experience building quotes for business customers.
• Experience selling telecom/UCaaS/CCaaS solutions and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Turn partner and customer requests into accurate quotes and proposals promptly.
• Drive high volume of deals with partner reps from quote to signature within limits.
• Review partner orders to ensure clean activation with minimal rework.
• Manage a growing book of accounts with partner reps to stay active and grow.
• Engage reps at partners to help quote and sell Broadvoice’s CX solutions.
• Determine partner eligibility for SPIFs per program rules.
• Back up Channel Managers during absences to keep deals moving.
