Job summary

fullthrottle.ai is seeking a Performance Strategist to drive partner engagement and revenue growth across channel partners, product resellers, and client partnerships. This hands-on role blends sales, marketing strategy, and AdTech expertise to maximize product adoption and retention.

You will manage multi-time-zone relationships, conduct partner meetings, deliver trainings, and articulate the business value of our privacy-friendly AdTech to partners and end users.

Qualifications

• 5 years in sales or related experience.
• Marketing/digital agency or media experience beneficial.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with channel partners and drive product adoption.
• Strategically identify revenue opportunities and advance client closings.
• Articulate business value of AdTech products to partners and end users.
• Manage reseller partner relationships with sales strategies, pricing, and training.
• Conduct partner meetings to maximize opportunities and growth.
• Facilitate client-facing meetings, product capability reviews, and trainings.
