Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Channel Partner Manager for the Linear Technologies West Region. You will develop and manage a robust partner network across the United States, driving indirect sales and aligning partner strategies with company goals.

The role requires travel up to 50% and a proven ability to nurture strong partner relationships. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in automation or industrial tech sales, a Bachelor's degree, and strong CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in automation/industrial tech sales or channel management.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining partner relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems and partner/customer trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust partner network in the United States market.
• Achieve/exceed sales and revenue targets via indirect channels.
• Foster strong relationships with partners and provide training as needed.
• Recruit and onboard new channel partners (distributors) across the U.S.
• Collaborate with regional partners to set annual sales targets and develop plans.
• Act as primary liaison for all partner activities and communicate initiatives.
