Job summary

Zurn Elkay seeks a Channel Marketing Manager to shape and execute integrated marketing strategies for plumbing wholesale and mechanical channels. You will own the channel plan, lead campaigns, and align with Sales, Product Marketing and external reps to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities include developing training for showrooms, managing budgets, and coordinating digital properties to support key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with channel/wholesale focus preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual channel marketing plan for plumbing wholesale, mechanical and showrooms.
• Lead marketing strategy for key wholesale accounts and national segments.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, product marketing and external reps to launch new products.
• Define merchandising plans, incentive programs, and sales enablement tools.
• Oversee budget and ROI for wholesale/showroom channel marketing activities.
• Build channel dashboards and report KPIs monthly.
