Chervon North America is seeking an Experienced Channel Marketing Manager for EGO in Naperville, IL. The role drives profitable share growth through channel penetration, harmonization strategies, and go-to-market initiatives across strategic dealer and 3P marketplace accounts.

Responsibilities include leading long-term planning, developing channel strategies, coordinating cross-functional launch plans, and managing marketing budgets and assets to improve market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• 5+ years of proven success as a channel manager, account manager, or related experience
• Experience in building and executing product pricing strategies within retail
• Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business with shifting priorities
• Experience with sales performance metrics reporting and analytics
• Excellent communication skills and team management abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in long-term strategic planning for assigned channels, customers, and business priorities
• Enable and develop go-to-market channel strategies, including collateral, programs, and channel initiatives
• Lead development and execution of cross-functional business plans and key objectives for channels and customers
• Lead brand strategy and position within assigned customers and channels
• Identify opportunities to strengthen channel performance and engagement
• Lead customer line reviews, business reviews and promotional planning
