Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager for the EGO brand to drive profitable share growth through channel strategies, assortment planning, and co-marketing with key dealers and distributors.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to launch new products, manage channel partnerships, analyze performance, and deliver pricing and promotional programs. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team management skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with sales performance metrics reporting and analytics.
• Fluency in key business measures such as sales and gross margin.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in long-term strategic planning for assigned channels, customers, and business priorities.
• Enable and develop go-to-market channel strategies, including collateral, programs, and channel initiatives.
• Lead development and execution of cross-functional business plans for channels and customers.
• Lead brand strategy and position within customers and channels.
• Support promotional planning, sales lift analysis and profitability expectations.
• Develop channel launch plans and materials for new products.
