Chervon North America, Inc. seeks a Channel Manager to drive profitable share growth by developing channel harmonization strategies and pricing/promotional plans across major channels including Home Centers, Hardware, Construction Supply, STAFDA and E‑Commerce.

This role leads national promotions, builds Pro Forma analyses, tracks KPI, and collaborates with Sales, Brand and Product Development to optimize pricing and promotions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven success as a channel manager, account manager, or related experience.
• Experience building and executing product pricing strategies in retail environments.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute channel promotions strategy across key channels (Home Centers, Hardware, Construction Supply, STAFDA, E‑Commerce).
• Create and analyze Pro Forma financials to guide pricing and promotions.
• Attend product line reviews with channel partners and present strategies.
• Monitor inventory, market share and competitive landscape; adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate pricing direction with BBM, Sales, Brand and Product Development teams.
