Job summary

Chervon North America is seeking an experienced Channel Manager in Naperville, IL to drive profitable share growth by developing channel harmonization strategies and pricing/promotional programs across major channels, including Home Centers, Hardware, and E-Commerce. The role requires at least 5 years in channel management, a business degree, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities include pricing strategy, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Brand teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success as a channel manager, account manager, or related role.
• Experience building and executing product pricing strategies in retail.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national promotional strategies to drive demand and share gains.
• Identify, develop, and implement channel-specific programs and promotions with partners.
• Determine market-based pricing strategies and align with Brand Managers and Product Management.
• Support marketing planning and execution to drive online and in-store promotions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
