The role leads pricing strategy, analyzes market data, collaborates with Brand Managers, Product Management, and BBM teams, and supports channel promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent; at least 5 years in channel management or related role.
• Experience building and executing pricing strategies in retail.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in sales metrics and profitability measures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national promotions to drive demand and minimize channel conflict.
• Create pricing strategies aligned with brand and product management for SKUs.
• Monitor markets, inventory, and share to inform pricing decisions.
• Partner with BBM, Brand, Sales, and Product teams on pricing directions.
• Support channel promotions and events, including online and in-store.
