Bitwarden is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to own partner marketing end-to-end across MSP, reseller, and VAR motions. This all-remote role supports candidates located in the United States, preferably East Coast/Central for EMEA alignment and support.

You will lead onboarding, enablement, demand generation, and events, developing the annual Channel Marketing Plan and managing the partner portal content with cross-functional partners in Marketing Operations, Sales, and Product Marketing.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of B2B channel, partner, or field marketing experience—ideally with MSPs, resellers, or VARs in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to own a marketing program end-to-end: strategy, budget, execution, reporting.
• Experience planning and executing in-person or virtual partner events.
• Experience building or running partner lifecycle email programs with marketing ops/automation.
• Track record turning a reactive function into a proactive calendar-driven team.
• Strong collaboration across Growth Marketing, Channel Sales, and Marketing Operations.
• Ability to prioritize amid ambiguity and inbound requests.

Aufgaben

• Own the MSP channel marketing motion end-to-end: onboarding content, lifecycle emails, enablement webinars, and annual event calendar.
• Develop the annual Channel Marketing Plan: event selection, budget, campaign strategy, executive alignment.
• Serve as marketing lead for Channel Sales partners, run biweekly Channel Marketing meetings and manage event intake.
• Own reporting on program performance: pipeline influence, partner engagement, event ROI, progress toward revenue targets.
• Extend partner playbooks: onboarding sequences, enablement content, partner toolkits, self-serve assets.
• Build and drive a proactive, always-on partner demand generation strategy linked to pipeline and ARR targets.
• Manage the channel marketing budget and prioritize requests across events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Comms, and Product Marketing to keep partner content and campaigns current, aligned to brand and roadmap.
• Assist with administration of the Bitwarden partner portal and ensure content is up-to-date.
