Bitwarden is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to own partner marketing end-to-end across MSP, reseller, and VAR motions. The role drives onboarding, enablement, demand generation, and events while prioritizing revenue impact.

You will partner with Channel Sales, Growth Marketing, and Marketing Operations to build scalable programs, run the annual plan, manage the budget, and report on pipeline influence and event ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B channel, partner, or field marketing experience—MSPs, resellers, or VARs in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to own a marketing program end-to-end: strategy, budget, execution, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own MSP channel marketing motion end-to-end: onboarding content, lifecycle emails, enablement webinars, annual event calendar.
• Develop the annual Channel Marketing Plan: budget, campaign strategy, exec approvals with Marketing and Sales leadership.
• Serve as the marketing primary contact for Channel Sales (MSP, reseller, VAR) and manage the channel marketing cadence.
• Own reporting on program performance: pipeline influenced, partner engagement, event ROI, progress toward revenue targets.
• Extend partner playbooks: onboarding, enablement content, partner toolkits for scalable execution.
• Build and drive proactive partner demand generation tied to pipeline and ARR targets.
• Manage channel marketing budget and coordinate with Marketing Operations, Comms, Product Marketing.
