James Hardie Building Products Inc. is seeking a Channel Manager to act as the primary consultant and partner to dealers and distributors in the district.

You will grow share, expand full-line product adoption, and drive sustained portfolio growth through strategic channel initiatives and collaboration with Sales Leadership and National Accounts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience selling value-added, whole-solution products.
• Proven territory management and new business development; strong prospecting and pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the district’s full-line portfolio strategy for the channel.
• Be the district’s subject matter expert on the channel for dealers and distribution.
• Develop a prioritized key account plan with the DSM to grow share with dealers and distributors.
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and product categories.
• Launch and sustain cross-sell campaigns and increase product line adoption with key accounts.
