You will act as the product and installation expert, work with contractors, and align with Regional Account Managers to remove barriers to product adoption. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of building science or high-touch sales experience, CRM experience, and 30–40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of building science/construction experience and sales in a high-touch environment; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Ability to travel 30–40% of the time and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional technical sales strategy focusing on installers and contractors.
• Identify growth opportunities and partner with internal stakeholders to win business.
• Maintain product specifications and installation practices across sites.
• Develop installers and manage relationships; provide training and support.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key installation accounts.
• Collaborate with RAMs and Exteriors Sales Reps on joint planning and funnel execution.
