Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an analytics professional to join the Analytics, Modeling & Insights (AMI) team. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights across consumer channels, to guide decision making and improve client experiences.

You will develop client profiles, segments, and narratives, using SQL and analytics tools to support enterprise decisions and strategy across multiple touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
  • Experience performing quantitative analysis using large, multi-source data sets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical language (Python, R, SAS).
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and translate into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Client and Channel Insights by analyzing data to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Understand client behaviors and journeys across touchpoints and channels.
  • Create segments and audiences to inform targeted decisions.
  • Apply advanced analytics to evaluate trends, cohorts, and performance.
  • Assess channel experiences across centers, ATMs, IVR, chat, and digital interfaces.
  • Advance analytic methods and build reusable analytics assets and data products.
  • Deliver concise executive-ready narratives and visualizations to drive action.
  • Collaborate with business, tech, risk, and analytics partners to meet objectives.
