AMI is looking for an intellectually curious, business-minded analyst who wants to turn complex data into insights that shape what comes next. As part of the Channel and Consumer Client Insights team, you will apply quantitative analysis to deepen understanding of consumer clients, their behaviors, journeys, and interactions across channels. Your work may span client segmentation and profiling, audience development, advanced behavioral analytics, and insights from financial centers, ATMs, contact centers, IVR, chat, and digital experiences. You will uncover meaningful patterns and translate them into strategies that improve client experiences and business outcomes.
