Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform quantitative analysis on large, multi-source data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop client and channel insights from transaction and interaction data to inform strategy.
• Examine client behaviors and journeys across touchpoints to improve experiences.
• Create segments and audiences to support targeted business decisions.
• Apply advanced analytics to evaluate trends, relationships, and cohort effects.
• Assess channel experiences across centers, ATMs, IVR, chat, and digital experiences.
• Improve analytic methods to increase the usefulness of insights.
• Build reusable analytics with reproducible data sets and code.
• Deliver executive-ready narratives and visuals to drive action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clarify objectives and deliver timely work.
• Lead assignments end-to-end with high quality and appropriate data governance.
