Job summary

Gentex Corporation seeks a Channel Operations & Analytics Manager to lead governance and continuous improvement of commercial processes, channel programs, and customer data across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Digital teams. This cross-functional role serves as central hub for dealer and distributor programs, master data, pricing and channel communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
5+ years in customer service, commercial operations, channel management or related function.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Experience with business systems like SAP/ERP/CRM to support processes.
Experience developing and maintaining business processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

Channel Program Management for dealer, distributor and channel partner programs.
Maintain enterprise customer and channel partner master data and pricing eligibility.
Coordinate onboarding, agreements and ongoing compliance with channel requirements.
Develop and maintain commercial policies, process docs, and SOPs.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance on reporting and governance.
