• 5+ years of customer service skills with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Support Design, Development and Implementation Project(s) within the Change Management department.
• Process new requests for deliverables and design documentation.
• Work directly with Vendors for Medicaid Enterprise System.
• Align with Change Management work streams and related activities.
• Store and maintain project deliverable documents.
