This role involves processing deliverables, maintaining databases, and ensuring quality in project execution. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of experience in IT, Change Management, and familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The position allows for 100% remote work from the very first day.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an IT environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Change and Release Management methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle.
• 5+ years of experience in data entry and work order processing.
• 5+ years of experience with tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) Project(s).
• Process new requests for deliverables and design documents.
• Work directly with vendors for Medicaid Enterprise System.
• Ensure project deliverable documents are stored correctly.
• Participate in all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
