Job summary

Novalink Solutions LLC is seeking a full-time Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst to support FAS DDI deliverables processing, approvals, and tracking across the MES system and related vendors. You will log, version, and route design docs, test plans, and work plans to SMEs and PMs for next steps, ensuring timely processing.

Day-to-day work includes maintaining databases, generating status reports, and collaborating with IT, PMO, SMEs, and vendors to align change management work streams

Qualifications

• Extensive IT environment experience.
• 5+ years in change and release management.
• 5+ years in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 5+ years data entry and work order processing.
• 5+ years tracking, reporting, and managing workflow.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Healthcare experience a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Process deliverables and logs for DDI projects; coordinate approvals/rejections.
• Collaborate with vendors, SMEs, PMs and project team members.
• Maintain databases and generate recurring/ad-hoc status reports for management.
