Job summary

TISTA Science and Technology Corporation seeks a Change Manager to lead organizational change management and training for the VA Supply Chain DevSecOps program. You will partner with VA stakeholders and Agile teams to assess impacts, communicate with stakeholders, and enable successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Ideal candidates bring extensive federal IT change management experience, Prosci ADKAR proficiency, and a track record of training delivery across multi-site deployments in

Qualifications

• 8+ years of change management on federal IT programs, including 3+ years leading enterprise system changes.
• Experience applying Prosci ADKAR or similar structured methods.
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, reinforcement.
• Experience creating training strategies and delivering role-based, virtual instructor-led and self-paced training, including Section 508.
• Experience supporting multi-site deployments, post-go-live hypercare, and adoption measurement.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
• VA/federal health, supply chain/logistics modernization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management, user readiness, adoption, and training across the product line.
• Develop and execute change strategies using Prosci ADKAR or comparable methods.
• Assess change impact, stakeholders, and readiness for releases and modernization.
• Create communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and reinforcement plans.
• Lead role-based training and post-go-live support for user adoption.
• Monitor adoption, readiness, and feedback to identify risks and improvements.
• Collaborate with VA stakeholders and Agile teams to integrate change management into releases.
• Improve change management tools, templates, and lessons learned.
