Qualifications

• 12+ years IT program/project management experience
• 5+ years managing large federal IT services contracts of $10M+ annually
• Experience leading Agile/SAFe DevSecOps delivery across 100+ FTEs
• Experience with multi-vendor teams and subcontractors
• Experience delivering federal task orders with CLIN-based deliverables and QASP-driven performance management
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow, SharePoint, MS Project or similar tools
• VA OIT/VHA/federal health/supply chain program experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program delivery, performance, financial management, staffing, and customer satisfaction
• Serve as primary program representative to VA leadership and maintain relationships
• Mentor and develop program teams to support retention and succession
• Manage subcontractor and partner performance across multi-vendor environment
• Oversee Agile/SAFe delivery, schedules, dependencies, risks, and metrics
• Manage program financials including forecasting, cost, margin, and invoicing
• Partner with Talent Acquisition/HR to staff program needs
• Support account growth, customer engagement, and business development initiatives
