Scalepex is seeking a Change Management Lead/Manager in the United States to partner with program leadership and operations to drive adoption of large-scale transformation initiatives. You will assess impacts, guide readiness, and align teams through program milestones.

You will develop change strategies, lead readiness assessments, and embed change management into PMO and implementation planning, while maintaining clear communications and stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of organizational change management experience in large, complex programs.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex changes for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with program leadership and teams to drive adoption and long-term success of transformation initiatives.
  • Assess impact across systems, processes, roles, and customer/member experience; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to program phases and milestones.
  • Lead change impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks and dependencies early.
  • Embed change management into PMO, product, engineering, operations, and implementation planning.
  • Establish regular touchpoints with senior sponsors and cross-functional leaders to surface readiness gaps.
  • Create and manage a master communication plan delivering timely, targeted messaging to internal teams.
  • Develop audience-specific communications outlining changes, timelines, training expectations, and system impacts.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver transparent communication that reduces confusion and increases alignment.
  • Coordinate with operations on SOP updates, training plans, and team readiness activities.
  • Highlight and share success stories to reinforce momentum throughout the program.
  • Provide regular reporting on change readiness, communication effectiveness, stakeholder sentiment, and upcoming milestones.

Change Management Lead / Manager
Role Overview

This role partners closely with program leadership, workstream owners, implementation teams, account management, and operations to support successful adoption and long-term sustainability of large-scale transformation initiatives. The Change Manager plays a critical role in assessing impacts, guiding readiness, and ensuring teams are informed, prepared, and aligned throughout program execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with program leadership, workstream owners, implementation teams, account management, and operations to drive adoption and long-term success of transformation initiatives.
  • Assess the impact of multiple workstreams across systems, processes, roles, and customer/member experience, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to program phases, milestones, and evolving priorities.
  • Lead change impact and readiness assessments, identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies early.
  • Embed change management into PMO, product, engineering, operations, and implementation planning to ensure readiness is considered alongside delivery.
  • Establish regular touchpoints with workstream owners, senior sponsors, and cross-functional leaders to surface concerns, roadblocks, and readiness gaps.

Requirements
