Accenture Federal Services seeks a Change Management Specialist to design and implement change strategies, lead training initiatives, and promote user adoption across government programs. This on-site role in the Washington, DC area collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet milestones and deliver measurable adoption outcomes.

The position requires 3+ years of experience, familiarity with ADKAR/Prosci/Kotter, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Competenze

• 3 Years of Professional Experience in change management or related field.
• Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s 8‑Step Process.

• Support the design and implementation of change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Develop training assets, job aids, user guides, and readiness materials tailored to user needs.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions to gather insights and align across groups.
