Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist to support cloud technology integration for AOUSC CTBIP. The role is remote in the United States with occasional travel to Washington, DC, and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

The candidate will develop and execute change management plans, craft communications, and deliver OCM artifacts to guide cloud adoption across government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on OCM projects and delivering OCM deliverables.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support organizational change initiatives.
• Create informative content to communicate key details about the change to stakeholders.
• Manage communication channels for effective and consistent messaging across platforms.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to align communications with change goals.
• Provide clear messaging to promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of the change initiative.
• Create and deliver Organizational Change Management deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and change impact assessments.
