Job summary

Vertage Inc. is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide MSP implementations through change activities, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies. You will design training materials, collaborate with operations and technology teams, and drive program branding and communications across client audiences.

You will own adoption planning, craft governance for communications, and ensure timely delivery of training assets while maintaining alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, training or instructional delivery, user experience/adoption strategy, or internal communications, ideally in HR/Procurement transformation, staffing or MSP/VMS environments
• Experience with stakeholder mapping, journey/UX mapping, change impact assessments and adoption or engagement campaign design
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Teams, with ability to create engaging materials
• Strong leadership, stakeholder facilitation, branding/messaging and client-relationship skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities across overlapping implementation timelines
• Experience with project management tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for MSP implementations, mapping user experience and adoption strategies
• Design, co-create and deliver training strategies and materials across client and internal audiences
• Define training strategy, adoption goals and delivery approach for each implementation
• Coordinate with Program Operations and Technology for scheduling and readiness
• Own communications strategy and ensure consistent messaging across implementations
• Build and maintain master communications timelines aligned to project milestones
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and identify adoption risks
• Support go-live readiness with Change Managers and Project Managers
• Define client adoption strategy and rollout plans for each client
• Drive program branding discussions including visual identity and messaging
• Manage content governance and version control across SharePoint, MS Teams and portals
• Ensure on-time delivery of training and communication assets
