Job summary

Vertage seeks a Change Management Lead to guide clients through MSP implementations, mapping user experiences, engaging stakeholders, and shaping program branding to secure adoption and trust in the MSP/VMS program.

This role reports to the Senior Director, MSP Project Management and collaborates with the MSP/VMS Implementation Team to ensure training, communications and stakeholder engagement are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, training or instructional delivery, user experience/adoption strategy, or internal communications, ideally in HR/Procurement transformation, staffing or MSP/VMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead training development and delivery across client, supplier and internal audiences for each MSP implementation.
• Own communications strategy and execution across all active implementations, tailoring messages to drive adoption and clarity.
• Design and drive stakeholder engagement strategies, identify champions and adoption risks, and support go-live readiness.
• Build and govern a reusable library of change assets and ensure materials align to brand and enterprise messaging standards.
