Job summary

Vertage is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide MSP implementations through training, adoption planning and stakeholder engagement. You will design training strategies, coordinate sessions and ensure readiness while shaping branding and communications across client, supplier and internal teams.

You’ll partner with Operations and Technology, tailor messages for each audience and develop adoption activities such as champion networks and outreach programs to drive end-user uptake and go-live

Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management, training, or internal communications.
• Experience with stakeholder mapping, journey/UX mapping, and adoption campaigns.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, co-create and deliver training strategies and materials across client, supplier and internal audiences.
• Collaborate with clients to define training strategy, adoption goals and delivery approach.
• Confirm scheduling, logistics and technical readiness ahead of every training session.
• Own communications strategy and execution across all active implementations.
• Build and maintain the master communications timeline for each implementation.
• Tailor delivery method and tone for each audience to maximize uptake.
• Design stakeholder engagement strategies and identify adoption risks per client.
• Support go-live readiness and rollout planning with project teams.
• Lead branding discussions, including name, visuals and messaging for MSP/VMS program.
• Develop client-specific activities to improve user adoption and post-launch follow-up.
• Facilitate stakeholder feedback loops and adjust materials accordingly.
• Participate in weekly Implementation workstreams to align with project plan.
• Build a reusable library of change-agent mapping templates and assets.
• Ensure all materials align to brand, compliance and enterprise messaging standards.
• Manage content delivery and version control across SharePoint, MS Teams, VMS portals and email.
