Vertage Inc. is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide clients through change-management activities for MSP implementations. You will map user experiences, engage stakeholders, shape program branding, and confirm adoption strategies tailored to each client.

Reports to the Senior Director, MSP Project Management. You will collaborate with the MSP/VMS Implementation Team, craft comprehensive training materials, and ensure communications and stakeholder engagement drive adoption across client

Formación

3+ years in change management, training or adoption strategy within HR/Procurement transformation or MSP/VMS contexts.
Experience with stakeholder mapping, UX journey mapping, change impact assessments and adoption campaigns.
Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Teams; able to craft engaging materials.

Responsabilidades

Lead change management activities for MSP implementations, including training strategy and adoption planning.
Define defense and rollout plans, branding, messaging and communications timelines across clients.
Coordinate with Operations, Tech teams and clients to ensure readiness and on-time delivery of assets.
Develop a reusable library of change-agent materials and templates for ongoing programs.
Monitor engagement metrics, feedback, and adjust materials to improve adoption outcomes.
