Job summary

CAСI International Inc. is seeking a Change Management Specialist to join a fast-paced Agile development program. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure CM policies are followed, and coordinate CI/CD changes in a DevSecOps context across the SDLC.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of IT experience with CM for pipelines, a BA/BS degree, and an active Secret Clearance. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total IT experience and 2+ years in configuration management for pipeline deployments.
• Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and SaaS applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CM policies, CMPs and baselines across the SDLC.
• Define configuration identification schemes and naming conventions for CIs.
• Assist in CI audits, reviews, and verification activities.
• Coordinate with release teams on planning, deployment, and government reviews.
• Ensure CM integration with SAFe/Agile in scaled environments.
• Support release changes focused on CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess impact of changes and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with CM policies and communicate changes effectively.
• Provide guidance on change management best practices.
