Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive CM initiatives within an Agile, fast-paced program. You will establish CM policies, manage CI baselines, and coordinate release planning for government-focused systems. Strong leadership and ability to communicate with leadership are essential.

The role emphasizes deep CM expertise, experience with pipelines and SaaS, and ensuring security hardening across the lifecycle. A Secret clearance is required to start.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years in configuration management for complex technical systems and baselines.
• A University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
• Secret Clearance.
• Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, ITIL).
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with software pipelines and SaaS applications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain CM policies, procedures, and CMPs in compliance with government and industry standards using AWS tools.
• Define CI identification schemes and naming conventions for CIs.
• Coordinate CI audits, reviews, and verification activities.
• Manage baselines throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, and government oversight reviews.
