Job summary

WCM White Cap Management LLC is seeking an senior leader to own the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise DevSecOps capabilities, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient software delivery across teams.

You will build standards for source control, IaC, CI/CD, and AI solution delivery, while coaching engineers and partnering with security, risk, and audit to raise maturity and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps leadership.
• BS/BA in related discipline.
• Experience with enterprise CI/CD and secure SDLC controls.
• CSM or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines and executes the enterprise DevSecOps strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Embeds secure software development lifecycle controls across delivery workflows (SAST/DAST).
• Oversees CI/CD platforms and establishes standards for source control, reviews, and deployment automation.
• Governs AI/ML delivery pipelines, model lifecycle, and AI security practices.
• Drives adoption of DevSecOps through training, coaching, and collaboration with teams.
• Establishes DevSecOps KPIs and reports on maturity, risk, and performance.
