Job summary

Data Intelligence, DI is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for the DevOps & QA team, coordinating sprint activities, tracking metrics, and removing impediments across CI/CD and testing initiatives. The role requires 10+ years in software/R&D environments with a CSM, strong DevOps/QA workflow familiarity, and excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Must maintain required clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software/R&D environments and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
• Familiarity with DevOps/QA workflows and Agile best practices.
• Self-driven; strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Maintain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and backlog grooming using Jira.
• Track velocity and open/closed ticket metrics; produce weekly and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate task assignment with the SME and Product Owner; remove impediments.
