Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile execution within our engineering teams in the United States. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams on DevSecOps practices to sustain a fast, secure delivery cadence.

You will partner with Product Owners and tech leads to align business needs with technical priorities, track Agile metrics, and protect teams from distractions while promoting continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Proficiency in tracking and interpreting Agile metrics.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating team-level execution and all standard Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborating with adjacent teams to manage dependencies and communicate team-level needs.
• Identifying, tracking, and actively removing impediments or obstacles that prevent the team from meeting sprint commitments.
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key agile metrics alongside traditional service delivery metrics to provide government stakeholders with visibility into team performance.
• Protecting the engineering and development teams from outside distractions and scope creep to maintain focus on committed deliverables.
• Providing team-level coaching on Agile practices and supporting adoption of DevSecOps principles within the team.
