You will mentor teams and drive process improvements tied to NIST and ITIL Foundations. The position requires a Secret clearance, strong leadership, and experience with CMDB architecture, DevSecOps tooling, and cross‑facility coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related experience in enterprise configuration management, change management, or DevOps.
• Experience with CMDB architecture and ITIL framework implementation at scale.
• Proven leadership of complex configuration management projects and cross‑team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments and continuous monitoring of enterprise computing environments for C/CM compliance across 350+ facilities.
• Develop and maintain site topology configurations, network architecture docs, and change records for hybrid infra.
• Apply master data management and automation to reconcile updates with baselines.
• Maintain CMDB for 40,000+ users and authoritative baseline docs.
• Lead change requests, risk assessments, and CAB presentations with technical analysis.
• Mentor junior specialists and advance automation maturity.
