Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience leading organizational change, communications, training, or adoption for large-scale transformations.
• Experience developing and executing change-management strategies, stakeholder plans, communications, and training programs.
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex changes into clear actions for users.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end change management and training strategy for the Finance ERP transformation.
• Conduct change-impact assessments across organizations, processes, systems, data, and roles.
• Identify stakeholder groups and develop engagement strategies.
• Create and execute an integrated communications plan for audiences.
• Develop training strategy, curriculum, delivery, schedule, and completion requirements.
• Coordinate development, review, testing, and delivery of training materials.
• Define and monitor measures for engagement, training completion, adoption, and effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to clarify future-state roles and operating mechanisms.
