Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Managerial Consultant V Change Management Lead in Pasadena, CA to advise Marketing and Enterprise Creative Services leadership. You will shape and execute a holistic change strategy, accelerate adoption, and equip leaders to guide stakeholders through change with clear messaging and governance across regions.

As a senior consultant, you will drive alignment, manage complex programs, develop strategic roadmaps, and monitor risk.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum eight (8) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Masters degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or related field and Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field OR Minimum eleven (11) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.

• Conducts or oversees business-specific projects by applying deep expertise in subject area; promotes adherence to all procedures and policies.
• Serves as a lead consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives across multiple functional tracks.
• Drives business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives with senior executives to define roadmaps and metrics.
• Leads the work of project/program team members by coordinating resources and delivering performance feedback.
• Develops requirements for large-scale, complex business solutions by partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Provides expertise and drives the development and implementation of business initiatives and processes toward a desired future state.
• Manages complex cross-functional projects by coordinating stakeholders, resources, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Serves as an expert in risk monitoring and mitigation for client, project, program, and business initiatives.
• Designs and leads change management plans to align stakeholders with business objectives and drive adoption.
• Leads assessment of strategic performance metrics and data analysis to support initiatives.
