Qualifications

• Experience leading management consulting engagements with accountability for full delivery.
• Ability to manage commercial aspects of engagements: margins, invoicing, resourcing and scoping.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex client environments.
• Experience leading and developing consulting teams, including coaching and career development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from initiation to outcome.
• Translate client vision into executable plans for teams to implement.
• Navigate complex environments with competing priorities or unclear requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage engagement economics including resourcing, change control, and scoping.
• Identify and shape business development opportunities within existing accounts.
• Articulate value and connect client needs to practical solutions.
• Embed change management principles across delivery approaches including Agile and iterative ways of working.
• Coach teams and ensure high performance while removing blockers.
• Maintain accurate operational data (timesheets, project updates) to inform decisions.
• Apply AI tools to support and accelerate work and exercise critical thinking.
