Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Change Management & Communications Lead to ensure staff are informed, engaged, and supported during transformation at our Omaha, Nebraska site. You will design and execute change strategies to minimize resistance and drive adoption of new processes and tools.

The role emphasizes stakeholder storytelling, transparent communication, and measuring readiness and adoption. Collaboration with HR and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in change management methodologies and internal communications.
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy for staff concerns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change strategies using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Create and manage communication plans, including newsletters, FAQs, and intranet updates.
• Organize and facilitate town halls, listening sessions, and feedback loops to maintain transparency.
• Partner with HR and leadership to align change initiatives with organizational culture.
