Job description

Piper Companies is seeking a Change Management Lead to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving organizational adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, and change readiness efforts across multiple workstreams supporting innovative digital content creation capabilities.

Responsibilities of the Change Management Lead:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct organizational impact assessments across multiple workstreams to identify risks, stakeholder impacts, and adoption challenges.
• Create and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, and change readiness plans to drive awareness and support.
• Partner with program leadership, business stakeholders, and workstream leads to align change initiatives with business objectives.
• Support training strategy development and user adoption planning to ensure successful implementation and continued utilization.
• Track, measure, and report on key change management metrics, adoption progress, and organizational risks.

Qualifications of the Change Management Lead:

• 7+ years of experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale business or technology transformations.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, organizational change, communications, and adoption strategies.
• Experience conducting impact assessments and developing change readiness plans across organizations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, program leaders, and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting training development, user enablement, and organizational adoption efforts.
• Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar) preferred.

Compensation for the Change Management Lead includes:

• Pay rate: $60-$70/hour
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
• 6 Month Contract
• Remote Work Environment
