Piper Companies is seeking a Change Management Lead for a large-scale digital transformation in the biotech/pharma space. The role focuses on driving adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, and change readiness across multiple workstreams supporting digital content creation capabilities.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in change management, strong stakeholder engagement and communications expertise, and experience with impact assessments and adoption planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading change management for large-scale transformations.
• Certified change management practitioner preferred (Prosci, CCMP, or similar).
• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies.
• Experience conducting organizational impact assessments and change readiness planning.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership across programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct organizational impact assessments across multiple workstreams to identify risks and adoption challenges.
• Create and implement stakeholder engagement, communications, and change readiness plans.
• Partner with program leadership and workstream leads to align change initiatives with business objectives.
• Support training strategy development and user adoption planning for successful implementation.
• Track, measure, and report on change metrics, adoption progress, and risks.
