Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support a major digital transformation initiative within a global life sciences organization. This role will lead change management activities for a Digital Content Creation transformation within R&D, helping adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of change management, transformation, or related experience.
Experience leading change management initiatives within complex organizations.
Experience supporting digital transformation and business adoption programs.
Experience in Life Sciences or other regulated environments is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall change management strategy for a complex R&D digital transformation.
Assess organizational impacts across multiple program workstreams and identify change implications.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Lead change readiness, adoption, and organizational engagement activities.
Partner with program leadership, business stakeholders, and workstream leads.
Create strategies to support user adoption and successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
Support training strategy development and change-related learning initiatives.
Identify stakeholder needs, resistance, and risks.
