Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support a global life sciences digital transformation initiative. This role will lead organizational adoption, stakeholder engagement, and communications across multiple workstreams, with a focus on R&D content creation and regulated environments.

The position offers hybrid/remote work with occasional onsite collaboration in the NYC/NJ/PA area and compensates $65–$75/hour W2, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or related field.
• Experience leading change management initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and business adoption programs.
• Experience within Life Sciences or other regulated environments is required.
• Strong understanding of organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
• Experience developing change management strategies, communication plans, and readiness assessments.
• Collaborates with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation initiatives preferred.
• Prosci certification preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to operate in a global, highly collaborative environment.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall change management strategy supporting a complex R&D digital transformation.
• Assess organizational impacts across four program workstreams and identify key change implications.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Lead change readiness, adoption, and organizational engagement activities.
• Partner with program leadership, business stakeholders, and workstream leads.
• Develop strategies to support user adoption and implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Support the development of training strategies and change-related learning initiatives.
• Identify stakeholder needs, resistance, and organizational risks.
• Coordinate with workstream leads to align activities with milestones.
• Develop and track change management metrics, readiness indicators, adoption measures, risks.
• Provide updates and recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communications across cross-functional and distributed teams.
