Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Change Management Lead to establish and mature the change management practice across the organization, partnering with Product, Engineering, and leadership to drive adoption in large-scale technology programs.

The role focuses on readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption strategies, and measuring outcomes to ensure sustainable behavioral change across shoreside and operational populations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of change management experience supporting large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Proven experience developing and executing enterprise change management strategies from planning through adoption.
• Experience building or scaling a change management function, practice, or capability.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across multiple business functions and geographic regions.
• Experience leading change efforts for enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation, or operational modernization initiatives.
• Ability to conduct organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analyses, and adoption planning.
• Experience creating communication, training, and change reinforcement strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related field

Job Description

The Change Management Lead will establish and mature the change management practice for the organization, including defining methodologies, governance, standards, templates, and success metrics. They will own the change strategy for major technology programs, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and leadership teams to assess organizational impacts, identify adoption risks, and ensure change considerations are embedded early in program planning. On a daily basis, they will conduct readiness assessments, develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans, create training and adoption strategies, manage resistance and mitigation plans, measure adoption outcomes, and drive sustainable behavioral change across both shoreside and operational populations. As the function grows, this individual will also help build scalable processes, playbooks, and a team of change management professionals to support an expanding portfolio of initiatives.
