Job summary

nVent is seeking a Change Management Enablement Lead in hybrid St. Louis Park, MN, to drive adoption of new processes, policies and tools across global sourcing partners.

You will design enablement curricula, deliver training, and manage global communications to ensure successful landings of CoE initiatives. You will partner with Platform Managers, Data Analysts, HR, and responsible procurement teams to measure adoption, address resistance, and turn transformation into lasting behavior change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years in change management, learning and development, or communications within global functions.
• Experience with training design, instructional design, project delivery and communications planning.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams/Copilot, and basic Power BI for adoption analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans for CoE initiatives.
• Design and deliver training materials and enablement content for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead global communications and readiness assessments across impacted groups.
• Track adoption metrics and address resistance through dashboards and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Platform Analysts on release notes and end-user documentation.
