nVent seeks a Change Management Enablement Lead to drive adoption of new processes, policies and tools across global sourcing partners and business units. You will design enablement curricula, lead trainings, and manage communications, ensuring sustainable behavior change and alignment with CoE initiatives.

You will collaborate with Platform Managers, Data Analysts, HR, Responsible Procurement and marketing to build readiness, measure adoption, and support end-user documentation for releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, organizational development, supply chain, or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in change management, learning and development or communications within a global function.
• Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter methodology preferred.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams/Copilot and basic Power BI for adoption analytics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans for CoE initiatives, shaping stakeholder engagement approaches, change sequencing and launch readiness.
• Design and deliver training, playbooks, and enablement materials for internal and external stakeholders, owning the training curriculum and approving content for CoE-owned processes.
• Lead global communications and readiness assessments across impacted groups.
• Track adoption metrics and address resistance or capability gaps through adoption dashboards and feedback loops.
• Serve as liaison between the CoE and business users during rollouts and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
